Jamie began sending me e-mails on a frequent basis of all properties for sale is Sea Isle after I registered on his website. There was no pressure to use him, but rather he just kept me informed as to the inventory that was available. I then decided to use Jamie as our realtor because of his approach to just provide information until we were ready to move forward. I called him and we spoke about the type of home my wife and I were looking for and also about our timeframe for purchasing our first shore home. He then sent me a link to around 20 properties that fit the profile that Lynn and I had described to Jamie. We went through and selected 8 properties that we were interested in and set up the first Saturday in January to go visit these properties. This was the first time we actually had met Jamie and he began showing us the properties.
